We do refunds/cancellations within the following conditions:
- If you’ve just purchased, but feel you may have made a mistake, don’t worry. Just contact us quickly to arrange cancellation with a full refund.
- If you may decide to cancel after we’ve already dispatched, a refund in full is not possible anymore, as the package is already in-transit. Such refunds require the items mailed and received back to us, and shall withhold a 10% restocking fee.
- Other issues not mentioned above shall be handled in a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.
