We do refunds/returns/exchanges within the following conditions:
- If you’ve just purchased, but feel you may have made a mistake, don’t worry. Just contact us quickly to arrange cancellation with a full refund.
- If you may have decided to cancel after we’ve already dispatched a full refund isn’t possible anymore, as the package is already in-transit.
- The return & exchange window is 14 days upon delivery.
- Other issues not mentioned above shall be handled in a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.
